Purpose of processing

The Apify Actor «LinkedIn Profile + Verified Email» processes LinkedIn profile URLs supplied by the customer to extract professional fields (name, headline, company) and, when enabled, estimate or verify a work email via a cascade of public sources.

What we do not store

No persistent personal archive. Individual names, personal emails, and profile URLs are not written to a shared cache across runs.
The domain cache holds company knowledge only: email patterns, MX posture, provider, employee-count bucket — never identifiable individuals.

Data sources

Profile data is taken primarily from public LinkedIn pages reachable without login, using structured markup (JSON-LD). If direct retrieval fails (blocks / rate limits), the Actor may send the same profile URL to Bright Data (Datasets API, public LinkedIn people profile) as an optional fallback enabled by the controller via a platform secret. In that case Bright Data acts as a technical provider / processor for that request on behalf of the controller.

The Actor customer remains responsible for the lawful basis and compliance of collection in their own context, including documenting any technical providers they enable.

Data subject rights

Individuals may exercise GDPR rights (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability) by emailing marco@midachat.com. Because we do not maintain a personal register, requests will be assessed against data that may exist in the output of a specific run initiated by the customer.
